What areas do you serve?
Swift Yatra primarily serves customers across Delhi NCR and provides reliable transportation services to any location from Delhi NCR. We offer a wide range of vehicles based on your group size and travel requirements, including rental buses, Tempo Travellers, Urbania, minibuses, SUVs, and other vehicles on request. Whether it's a corporate trip, wedding, family vacation, group tour, or outstation journey, we help you choose the right vehicle for a comfortable and hassle-free travel experience.
Do you sell individual bus tickets?
No — we do not provide individual bus tickets. All our vehicles are private charter rentals, booked for a specific group, and always include a driver.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure better vehicle availability and more options for your trip. While we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests, bookings are always subject to vehicle and driver availability. The earlier you book, the easier it is for us to arrange the right vehicle for your requirements.
Can I get a quote without paying anything upfront?
Yes. Submitting the quote form or calling us is free and non-binding — we'll confirm pricing and availability before any booking is finalized.
Are your drivers verified and experienced?
Yes. Our drivers are professional, licensed, background-verified, and experienced in handling local, highway, and long-distance routes across India. We have experienced drivers familiar with Indian highways, hill routes, high-altitude pilgrimage circuits such as Char Dham and Vaishno Devi, as well as various outstation and all-India routes. We focus on providing safe, professional, and reliable driving throughout your journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before your trip. Cancellations closer to the travel date may be subject to a partial charge — full terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.
Do the buses have onboard restrooms and charging points?
Our coaches, AC luxury buses, mini buses, Tempo Travellers, and Urbania vehicles may offer different amenities depending on the specific vehicle. Charging points are available in selected vehicles, while onboard restrooms are available only in vehicles specifically equipped with them. Any specific requirement can be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
