1. Our Services

Swift Yatra provides group transportation and vehicle rental services, including charter buses, Tempo Travellers, mini buses, SUVs and other passenger vehicles.

Swift Yatra operates as a transportation service provider and aggregator. Bookings may be fulfilled through Swift Yatra's own vehicles or through independent third-party transport operators, vehicle owners and service partners.

2. Quotations & Bookings

Swift Yatra primarily provides transportation services on a quotation and booking basis.

All quotations are subject to vehicle availability and are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the customer accepts the quotation and makes the required payment/advance as communicated by Swift Yatra.

3. Vehicle Allocation

The vehicle category, seating capacity and other specifications will be mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Due to operational requirements, availability, maintenance, breakdown or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Swift Yatra may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle where reasonably possible.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated to the customer in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

The required advance payment must be received within the specified period to secure the booking.

The remaining payment, if applicable, must be made according to the payment schedule communicated by Swift Yatra.

For certain corporate or other bookings, full advance payment may be required before vehicle allocation.

5. Itinerary & Changes

The trip itinerary, pickup/drop locations, dates, vehicle requirements and other services will be based on the quotation and booking confirmation accepted by the customer.

Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Additional costs arising from route changes, extra kilometres/hours, additional stops, parking, tolls, permits, state taxes, night halts or other applicable expenses may be charged separately.

6. Drivers

Vehicles may be operated by Swift Yatra drivers or drivers provided by third-party transport partners.

Drivers are required to follow applicable traffic laws and safety regulations. Customers must not request or encourage drivers to violate traffic laws or undertake unsafe activities.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking, vehicle, travel date, transport partner and expenses already incurred.

The specific cancellation, refund and payment terms applicable to each booking will be clearly mentioned in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation provided to the customer.

The terms communicated and accepted for a particular booking will govern that booking.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Swift Yatra will make reasonable efforts to provide timely and reliable transportation.

However, delays or changes caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, breakdowns, permits or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may occur.

In such situations, Swift Yatra will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an alternative or suitable solution, subject to availability.

9. Passenger & Vehicle Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger, itinerary and pickup/drop information.

Passengers must comply with applicable laws and reasonable instructions from the driver.

Any damage caused to a vehicle due to intentional or negligent actions of the customer or passengers may be recoverable from the responsible customer.

Smoking, illegal activities and carrying prohibited items inside the vehicle are not permitted.

10. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the journey.

Swift Yatra and its transport partners are not responsible for loss or damage to unattended personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Third-Party Transport Partners

Where a booking is fulfilled by an independent transport operator or vehicle owner, Swift Yatra will coordinate the service and make reasonable efforts to ensure the agreed transportation is provided.

Vehicle and driver operations may be carried out by the respective transport partner in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

12. Payment Processing

Payments made through the Swift Yatra website may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

13. Limitation of Liability

Swift Yatra will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable transportation services but shall not be responsible for delays, losses or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, making a payment or using Swift Yatra's services, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The quotation, invoice and booking confirmation issued for a particular booking may contain additional or specific terms applicable to that booking.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
